About us

In our claims department, over 35 employees work to assist our customers when they encounter issues. Within the department, there are three groups that handle different types of claims – vehicle claims, property claims, and pest control. We are now looking for two summer interns for pest control services.

About the job

In the role of pest control technician with coordinating tasks, you will work with pest control for our private customers and help them find the best solutions for their needs. Many assignments involve the removal of wasp nests and other pests, often at higher altitudes and in tight spaces. You will also work preventively by helping customers avoid future problems.

The position also includes coordinating tasks. You will receive incoming customer inquiries both digitally and over the phone, book pest control assignments and preventive customer visits, and plan optimal routes for yourself and your colleagues – something that is especially important considering the large distances in the region. You will be an important contact person for our customers and provide advice over the phone. Good knowledge of Jämtland's geography is a significant advantage.

Employment conditions

Full-time, hourly wage, working hours 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, location Östersund. Employment period from May 18 to August 28 or by agreement.
