About the position We are now looking for a Registrar for a government authority located in either Östersund or Solna! You will be responsible for diary management, mail handling, and monitoring of email, as well as case filing and archiving. The role also includes contact with employees and the public, as well as the preparation of case information and statistics. The position includes the following tasks: - Daily mail opening, diary management, registration, and dispatch - Monitoring of the official email inbox - Case filing and archiving of registered documents and cases - Contacts with employees and the public regarding the authority's documents and cases in accordance with the principle of public access - Preparation of information on ongoing and concluded cases - Generating statistics on ongoing and concluded cases. Assignment period and scope: The position as Registrar is a full-time consultancy assignment starting on 2026-04-01 and is expected to last until 2026-09-30. There is a possibility of extension.

The location for the consultancy assignment is either at the authority's office in Solna or Östersund. 100% presence at the office is required for the consultancy assignment. Requirements for the position: • Certified registrar, registrar training at university level or equivalent education. Alternatively, high school or equivalent education and one (1) year of work experience as a registrar • Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent • Knowledge of document and case management systems (e.g., Public360, W3D3, Platina, etc.) • Familiarity with laws and regulations governing public operations and the responsibilities of registrars • Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing. • Extensive experience working at a government authority as a registrar. • Very good knowledge of the regulations for diary management within public operations. • Ability to provide a reference assignment where you have worked at a government authority as a registrar. The assignment must have lasted at least 6 months and must have been performed within the last three (3) years. • Be available for an interview during week 12.
