About the assignment

The assignment is full-time for a consulting position via Bemannia starting on 2026-04-01 and lasting until 2026-09-30, with the possibility of extension. The work will be performed on-site in either Solna or Östersund. You will work as a consultant and strengthen the existing registry in their operational work.

Your tasks

As a registrar, you support the existing registry in daily operations and ensure a correct and legally secure handling of the client's cases and documents. The work includes logging, registration, dispatching, and ongoing handling of mail and email. You are also responsible for case filing and archiving, as well as assisting with the release of documents and the provision of case information and statistics.

• Daily mail opening, registration, logging, and dispatching

• Monitoring of the official email inbox

• Case filing, archiving, and provision of case statistics

Your qualifications

• Certified registrar, registrar training at university level or equivalent education

• Many years of experience working in a government agency as a registrar.

• Knowledge of document and case management systems (e.g., Public360, W3D3, Platina, etc.)

• Familiarity with laws and regulations governing public operations and the responsibilities of registrars

• Very good knowledge of the regulations for logging within government operations.

• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent

• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing
