Nordisk Kompetens is a growing recruitment and transition provider.

We now need to strengthen our expertise across Sweden with some experienced recruiters/coaches in the RUSTA OCH MATCHA service and other services.

Nordisk Kompetens works with the Swedish Public Employment Service RUSTA OCH MATCHA, transition for the Trygghetsstiftelsen TSn, Trygghetsfonden TSL, Sobona (formerly KFS), TRS, TRR.

Nordisk Kompetens also works with Staffing and Recruitment.

We are triple certified by Almega in transition, staffing, and recruitment and use tools such as JTI, Matrigma, Ascend, MAPX, MAP, Match V, MINT, AON.
