We are now looking for an experienced HR specialist for an interim assignment with a larger organization in the public sector.
The assignment focuses on operational managerial support and is suitable for you who are confident in the HR role, used to working independently, and appreciate a professional environment with clear frameworks. The assignment also aims to strengthen managers in their employer responsibilities and contribute to a professional and legally secure HR management within the authority.
About the assignment
- Operational HR support to managers
- Advising on personnel and terms issues
- Support in complex personnel matters and difficult conversations
- Collaboration with employee organizations
- Work according to applicable regulations and established processes
We are looking for someone who
- Has several years of experience as an HR specialist with managerial support
- Has experience from the public sector or another regulated organization
- Is confident, pedagogical, and trustworthy in dialogue with managers
- Can work independently and in a structured manner
Scope
- Full-time
- Start: immediately
- Duration of the assignment: immediately until June 30, 2026, with a chance of extension.
