At Chas, we are now looking for a Communications Manager with an HR focus who wants to take overall responsibility for our internal and external communication – while also working closely with HR issues in a growing and values-driven consulting company.

About the Role

You will have overall responsibility for Chas' internal and external communication, including social media, intranet, and web. You will work with content, structure, and messaging, actively contributing to strengthening our employer brand, our culture, and how we are perceived externally.

At the same time, you will work closely with the business and support managers and employees in HR-related issues such as recruitment, labor law, work environment, onboarding, and competence development.

The role is strategic and advisory and does not include traditional HR administration.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in communication, employer branding, and digital channels
• Is used to working independently with content, structure, and messaging
• Has good knowledge of HR and labor law issues
• Has an understanding of IT operations and preferably experience from the consulting industry
• Enjoys dialogue with managers and employees and is comfortable in an advisory role
