PeopleProvide is looking for an HR consultant with documented competence and experience in labor law for a six-month project with an international client. The consultant is employed by PeopleProvide and will perform the assignment at the client's location during the project period.

In this assignment with our client, you will be responsible for HR in the Nordic region and ensure that global strategies are implemented in accordance with Nordic labor law while also addressing operational HR issues and supporting the business's managers.

Focus areas in the role:

• Implementation of global processes and driving the local HR agenda.

• Operational support for managers across the entire HR field.

• Support in union matters and negotiations.

We are looking for someone with:

• Several years of experience in HR work, preferably with a breadth across multiple HR areas.

• Confidence in labor law, preferably at the Nordic level.
