About the role as an investigator

Now you have the opportunity to be part of the metering services team that belongs to the customer and market function at Ellevio during the summer of 2026. Here, you step into a service-oriented and administrative role, and the team works with investigations related to various types of measurement and customer issues. The work involves identifying, analyzing, and following up on problems related to electricity meters and customer facilities.

Responsibilities

• Investigate issues related to measurement problems and missing communication
• Handle cases concerning deficient customer facilities
• Work on cases related to illegal power/energy diversion
• Follow up on failed disconnections
• Document and analyze information in various systems
• Contact customers and inform them about actions, requirements, and next steps in the case
• The role involves a lot of phone contact, both with individuals and other parties, and you need to be able to conduct professional and clear conversations, even in more challenging situations.

Who are you?

• We welcome students from various educational backgrounds, such as engineering programs and law, but also other programs focusing on analysis, problem-solving, or social issues are relevant.
• You need to be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• It is an advantage if you have previous experience from service jobs or work involving customer contact via phone.
• You enjoy working via phone and can handle even tougher dialogues in a professional, factual, and respectful manner while communicating clearly and accurately.

The recruitment process

In this recruitment process, Ellevio collaborates with the staffing company Clevry. After you submit your application, we will review your profile. Qualified candidates for the role will receive an email indicating they have progressed in the process and will then undergo a cognitive test to make the process as objective as possible. The application closes on February 22, after which phone interviews will begin. Later in the process, background checks will be applied, which means a register check as well as credit checks and references.
