About the job
As a claims adjuster focusing on legal protection, you will play an important role in creating security for our customers when they find themselves in or risk getting into a dispute. You will investigate the possibility of insurance compensation for dispute costs, communicate with representatives and other parties, and ensure that cases are handled professionally and according to applicable terms. You will explain in a pedagogical and customer-friendly manner how the insurance works and guide the customer through the process.
You will handle cases in several legal areas, such as:
- Custody disputes
- Defects in property purchases
- Disputes regarding vehicle purchases
- Boundary disputes between property owners
- Disputes with authorities
You will become part of an engaged team where we learn from each other, have fun together, and always put the customer's best interests first.
We are looking for someone who
We believe that you have experience in claims adjustment, preferably with a focus on legal protection cases. You are accustomed to communicating with many different parties, such as representatives, customers, and authorities. A law degree is an advantage, but we also welcome those with solid experience in legal protection adjustment without being a lawyer.
Requirements:
- Experience in claims adjustment, preferably in legal protection
- Familiarity with contact with representatives, customers, and other external parties
Meritorious:
- Law degree
- Experience in handling complex legal protection cases
Personal qualities:
- Service-oriented and pedagogical – you enjoy guiding and helping customers
- Communicative and clear, even in complex cases
- Independent, driven, and have good judgment
- Unpretentious and enjoy collaborating with others
