Our client is seeking an experienced Business Controller for a project where the Business Control operations for several central group functions are undergoing an organizational change. The assignment covers the group functions Sourcing, Real Estate, CFO Office, Shared Service Finance, Legal & Staff, and NSS, where the Business Control responsibility will be transferred to a new group within the organization. Prior to the transfer, there is a need to map the current working methods within closing, follow-up, Business Plan, and Forecast. The aim is to create more standardized and simplified processes that enable more efficient working methods with fewer resources and increased system support. The consultant will work operationally in the role and gradually take over responsibility for parts of the delivery, while other parts are managed by existing resources. By the end of the assignment, the processes should be documented and knowledge transferred to employees in the organization.

The assignment includes analyzing and understanding how Business Control work is currently conducted and identifying future needs in dialogue with managers of the group functions. The role involves, in close collaboration with the responsible manager for the receiving Business Control group, developing proposals on how processes can be standardized and simplified. You will concurrently work operationally as a Business Controller, drive the change work with primary responsibility for structure and implementation, and ensure that new working methods are documented and knowledge is transferred to the receiving organization. An important part of the role is also to communicate Business Control-related issues at the senior management level.

Mandatory Requirements

• Very high seniority in Business Controlling

• Solid experience in project management

Desirable

• Experience with SAP

• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• Experience with Power BI as a BI tool

The assignment is performed at our client who applies a flexible workplace model. Physical presence is required at least three days a week, preferably more considering the nature of the assignment, as agreed. The assignment is full-time and runs from February 16, 2026, to June 30, 2026.
