Job Description

We are looking for a senior accountant with extensive experience in financial closing work within the real estate industry and deep knowledge of accounting according to the K3 regulations. The role will temporarily support the finance department with ongoing accounting and reporting, and if necessary, various investigations. The role requires a person who can quickly familiarize themselves with existing routines, accounting principles, and system environments, and who delivers with high quality and accuracy.

Role

• Ongoing accounting
• Monthly and quarterly financial closings
• Monthly reconciliations
• Monthly VAT declarations
• Support to the accounting manager in the development of accounting routines
• Support in accounting issues to the rest of the organization
• Consolidation reconciliations in connection with quarterly and annual financial closings
• Various investigative work
• Participate in the development of work methods in Fenix

Remote Work

Hybrid work with a requirement of 3–4 days on-site presence per week.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Degree in finance or equivalent post-secondary education.
• At least 7–10 years of experience in qualified accounting work.
• Documented experience in K3 accounting, annual financial closing, and annual reports.
• Good knowledge of tax and income declarations (legal entities).
• Extensive experience in accounting within the real estate industry.
• Self-driven, structured, and reliable with high accuracy.
• Good communication skills and experience collaborating with auditors.
• Experience with Fenix

Desirable Requirements:

• Experience with Vitec and Capego, or equivalent systems in finance, real estate, and annual reporting is a plus.
• Experience in group accounting.
