Your New Role

We are now looking for a highly experienced business controller with project management experience for our well-known client in Solna!

The client's Business Control assignments for various group functions (including Sourcing, Real Estate, CFO office, Shared Service Finance, Legal & Staff, and NSS) will be transferred to a new unit. In preparation for this transfer, current working methods need to be mapped and analyzed to enable a more efficient, standardized, and system-supported process.

In this exciting and varied assignment, you will both perform parts of the Business Control work and have primary responsibility for documenting the current state, suggesting improvements, and transferring knowledge to those who will take over the functions.

Your Responsibilities

• Inventory current processes for closing, follow-up, Business Plan, and Forecast.

• Gather needs and requirements from managers within the group functions.

• Develop proposals for standardization and simplification of processes.

• Partially work operationally with Business Control tasks during the inventory.

• Document new processes and ensure knowledge transfer to the receiving team.

• Communicate and collaborate with senior management on Business Control issues.

Assignment Scope: Full-time, 100% Employment Type: Temporary employment as a consultant via JobBusters. Work Model: They operate on the principle of flexible workplace but physical presence of at least 3 days a week (preferably more, considering the nature of the assignment) is agreed upon with the client. Start: Immediately. End: 2026-06-30, with the possibility of extension. In your application: Ensure that it is clearly stated that you are qualified according to the client's desired qualifications.

To be successful in this role, you need

• Extensive experience in Business Control and financial management in larger organizations.

• Experience in project management.

• Experience with SAP and Power Bi.

• Be self-driven, structured, and accustomed to taking responsibility for both projects and operational tasks.

• Desirable: Experience with SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud).
