We are now looking for an experienced and confident HR Manager for a qualified consulting assignment with a client. The assignment is suitable for you who want to work both strategically and operationally, and who thrives in a leadership role with great responsibility and the opportunity to make a real difference.
Your RoleAs HR Manager, you are part of the executive management team and have overall responsibility for leading, developing, and driving HR work both strategically and operationally. You work closely with the business and actively contribute to the organization's continued development as an attractive employer.
You lead the HR function and ensure that HR work supports the organization's goals, culture, and long-term competence supply.
Your ResponsibilitiesYour assignment includes, among other things:
Driving and developing strategic HR issues in close collaboration with the executive management team
Leading, developing, and supporting the HR department, including workplace environment and office service functions
Being a strategic and operational support to HR partners and managers
Ensuring effective, quality-assured, and value-creating HR processes
Contributing to business and quality development and promoting an innovative, inclusive, and modern organizational culture
Working closely with the business through presence at various offices within the organization
The HR department consists of a total of nine employees, including a unit manager in the workplace environment area.
Qualifications (mandatory requirements)To succeed in the assignment, we see that you have:
Experience working in an executive management team
At least three years of managerial experience with personnel, operational, and budget responsibilities
Documented experience in change management as well as implementation of process management, culture, and values work
Good negotiation skills and experience supporting HR functions and managers in labor law issues
Good insight into politically governed organizations and a clear social commitment
Experience from publicly owned companies or public operations
Experience from the real estate industry
The position is based at the client's office in Stockholm, with presence at several office locations. Possibility for partial remote work exists by agreement with the client.
Timeline and ScopeScope: 100 %
Start: Immediately
Assignment Length: 6 + 6 + 6 months (option for extension)
The estimated scope should be seen as a qualified assessment. The actual need may vary over time.
