HR Business Partner
Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking to make a real difference? At SISAB, you will work broadly and closely within HR, in a role where your contribution is crucial for the development of the organization and for creating safe and sustainable school environments for the children of Stockholm.
About the Role
At SISAB, you will operate in a socially important company with a clear mission, where HR has a natural place in business development. We are a leading player in school properties, creating sustainable, safe, and long-term educational environments for the children and youth of Stockholm.
As an HR Business Partner, you play a key role in ensuring that our HR strategies support and drive the organization towards set goals. You are both an operational and strategic sounding board for managers in your assigned areas and work closely with the organization to translate HR strategies into concrete results.
The role is broad, and you will work with the following:
- Close management support: Coaching and supporting managers in operational and complex HR issues, leadership, and organizational development.
- Proactive HR work: Actively participate in or lead projects where HR expertise is translated into practical solutions designed to meet the organization's current and future needs.
- Labor law and union collaboration: Ensure compliance with labor laws, agreements, and regulations.
- Competency-based recruitment: Operational support in recruitment processes and contribute to strengthening our employer brand.
- Work environment and health: Preventive health work in close collaboration with employees, managers, and unions.
- Develop work methods: Develop collaborations and processes to ensure organizational efficiency. In our work, we integrate the perspectives of people, technology, and organization.
You will be an important part of a close-knit and engaged HR team of seven people: HR manager, three HRBPs, work environment and safety strategist, HR controller, and payroll specialist. We value a genuinely well-executed basic HR assignment and prioritize development efforts that truly add value to the organization.
As an HR Business Partner, it is important to have your ear to the ground, which we believe is best achieved by working from the office. We are currently located in Palmfelt Center in the Globen area and will move in September 2026 to new premises at Luma Park, Hammarby Sjöstad. Flexibility and the ability to work from home are available, but we prefer that you primarily work from the office. The position is a permanent full-time employment that begins with a six-month probationary period. Desired start as soon as possible, considering any notice period.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience in a broad HR role, preferably as an HR Business Partner or equivalent, where you have been responsible for the described tasks. You have worked both operationally and strategically across the entire HR area – recruitment, talent acquisition, salary and benefits, work environment, leadership, and employee relations, as well as union collaboration. You have a strong business perspective and understand how HR can create value and contribute to the organization’s success.
In this recruitment, we place great emphasis on personal qualities and attitudes. We are looking for someone who enjoys working hands-on and closely with the business. We prefer that you have deep expertise in several HR areas that you are particularly passionate about and where you have driven your own projects and initiatives, rather than having worked broadly but superficially across HR.
As a person, you are communicative, relationship-building, and confident in building trust at all levels, and you have high integrity. You are action-oriented and have a “can do” attitude – you see solutions rather than obstacles. Your analytical ability, flexibility, and courage to challenge allow you to navigate complex situations and drive development in a safe and constructive manner.
Experience from municipal operations or equivalent experience that has given you good insight into the principle of public access and how laws, regulations, and procurement processes affect daily work is an advantage.
