Registrar to the Secretariat – Central Office
Do you want to be the hub of the municipality's information flow and contribute to transparency and legal certainty? We are looking for a registrar for our central office where you will become a key person ensuring order, transparency, and legality in the municipality's document and case management.

About the Assignment
As a registrar in the Secretariat, you will work closely with the operations and support the entire organization. You will structure document flows, ensure the quality of record-keeping, and facilitate communication between the municipality's various operations – all so that the right materials are available when decisions need to be made. You will also actively participate in our digital development within information and case management.
Your main tasks:
- Document and case management: Receive, register, and record incoming and outgoing documents so that they are correct, searchable, and easy to retrieve.
- Archive and preservation: Quality check and close cases. Organize and list documents according to applicable laws, regulations, and the information management plan.
- Public Access Principle: Assist in the release of public documents and handle confidentiality assessments based on legislation.
- Internal coordination: Educate and support employees in the case management system. Be the link between different departments, contribute to an efficient information flow, and provide good service internally and externally.
- Digitalization: Work in and develop our digital methods and systems for electronic document and case management.
We are looking for you who:
- have a high school education or another relevant education.
- are meticulous, structured, and enjoy creating order in large amounts of information.
- have very good organizational skills and understand the importance of quality in metadata and processes, are communicative and service-oriented – you express yourself clearly in speech and writing and appreciate a team-based working style.
- have good knowledge of public access and confidentiality as well as related regulations in the document and archive area.
- have technical competence.
- are a quick learner and can easily familiarize yourself with digital systems and working methods.
Meritorious:
- Experience as a registrar in public operations.
- Experience working in Public 360 or similar case management systems.
Who are the Secretariat?
- The Secretariat currently consists of 14 employees, including a manager, providing qualified support to residents, elected officials, and employees.
- We assist the political organization and the municipal director as well as other offices and work with record-keeping, strategic information management, case preparation, and committee processes.
- We are responsible for the municipality's archives.
- The election office is part of the Secretariat and organizes general elections.

Your workplace will be in the municipal building in Kungsängen center, right by the commuter train station. The train journey between Stockholm C and Kungsängen takes just under 30 minutes and departs every 15 minutes.
About the Position
The position is permanent. A probationary period may be applied. Start date by agreement.
