Job Responsibilities

In this role, you provide customers with professional and personal service and become a central part of supporting the company's new way of working. An important part of your role is to make it easy and safe for customers to start working according to the new routines. Here, the right tone, confidence, and sensitivity are required so that the customer always feels seen, included, and well treated.

In addition, the role includes classic customer service tasks within logistics:

• Answer incoming calls and emails
• Manual order placement
• Handle complaints
• Work in the company's systems (e.g., M3, Puzzel, and freight portals)
• Assist customers with questions about products and deliveries
• Introduce, explain, and encourage the company's new working methods

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is confident in themselves and remains stable even when routines change or the pace is high. You have a warm and trust-building communication style and a forward-leaning energy that naturally moves the dialogue forward. You enjoy providing clear explanations, creating understanding, and building relationships – in a way that feels both professional and personal.

You thrive in customer-facing roles and appreciate responsibility, structure, and being an important part of the whole.

You have:

• Experience in customer service or a similar role
• Good system skills and ease in learning new things
• Confidence in both phone and email communication
• A relationship-building and forward-leaning energy in customer dialogues
• The ability to communicate clearly, pedagogically, and solution-oriented
• Meritorious: experience with M3 or freight portals

Other

Employment type: Fixed-term employment through Cleverex Staffing (at least 6 months)

Scope: Full-time, weekdays during the day

Working hours: Between 07:30–17:00 according to schedule

Location: Stockholm, Sveavägen
