About the Role

As a Sales Representative at Academic Europe, you will play a central role in driving sales and building long-term customer relationships in the Swedish market. The position is full-time and based at our office in Stockholm, and is suitable for you who thrive in a business-driven and customer-oriented environment.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Actively working on the sales of our advertising and recruitment solutions via phone
• Contacting new and existing customers and following up on business opportunities
• Building and developing long-term customer relationships
• Identifying customer needs and presenting relevant, tailored solutions
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

• Fluent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Strong communication skills and a clear business drive
• Experience in sales, customer service, or similar roles
• A relationship-building approach and good negotiation skills
• The ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• An interest in research, education, and academia (meriting)
