Responsibilities

• Register and confirm customer orders in the business system
• Ensure correct pricing, items, quantities, and delivery terms
• Handle changes, discrepancies, and backorders
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers regarding deliveries and order status
• Reconcile volumes and follow up on quality and availability
• Contact and follow up with internal facilities
• Plan and book deliveries
• Coordinate with warehouse, carriers, and production
• Follow up and report (SRS)
• Ensure correct invoicing documentation
• Handle discrepancies between order, delivery, and invoice
• Handle complaints, returns, and credits

Accountabilities

• Ensure a correct and efficient order flow
• Ensure customers receive the right products on time
• Ensure that information in the business system is accurate and up to date
• Identify and address discrepancies

Qualifications

Requirements

• Experience in order management, customer service, or administrative work
• Experience with ERP/business systems (e.g., SAP, Visma, Jeeves, or Dynamics)
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or production
• Good computer skills, especially in business systems and Excel
• Very good Swedish in spoken and written form

Meritorious

• High school education in economics, administration, or logistics
• Knowledge of delivery terms (Incoterms)
• Experience working with social media

• Resilient and accustomed to handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good collaboration and communication skills

Employment form

• Scope: 60–75 %
