We are looking for a highly reliable and culturally fluent person to support the expansion of our business into the Brazilian market. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing many hats, understands how Brazil works in practice (not just on paper), and values close collaboration with a business owner. This is a long-term role where trust, communication, collaboration and mutual understanding matter more than formal titles or degrees.

About the Role

You will work closely with the founder to help establish and grow our presence in Brazil. The role combines administrative support, market navigation, language and cultural education, and practical problem-solving, acting as a bridge between Sweden and Brazil. The position will be based in Sweden, with opportunities to travel to Brazil as the business develops.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support related to Brazil-facing activities
• Help navigate Brazilian culture, regulations, language, and everyday realities
• Educate the founder in the Brazilian Portuguese language on a daily basis
• Support communication with Brazilian partners, suppliers, or contacts
• Assist with planning, coordination, and follow-ups related to market expansion
• Act as a sounding board and cultural advisor when decisions involve the Brazilian market
• Adapt responsibilities over time as the business grows

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent Brazilian Portuguese (native level is a must)
• Strong understanding of Brazilian culture, practices, and bureaucracy
• Based in Sweden, or ability to move, with the willingness to travel to Brazil
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable handling administrative tasks
• Able to work closely with a business owner and build a strong working relationship
• Curious, adaptable, and genuinely interested in understanding how the founder and business work

There is no requirement for formal education. What matters most is that we work well together and that you truly understand both the Brazilian landscape and how to apply that knowledge in a practical business context.
