As a Customer Service Officer at the Swedish Transport Administration, you help facilitate the everyday lives of residents and businesses throughout Sweden. You do this by contributing to the important work of traffic safety.

Customer Service Officer/Examiner Temporary Job Responsibilities
Our task at Driver Testing is to conduct tests within the areas of driving licenses and professional traffic. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to ensuring that every customer feels welcome, receives clear information, and has the best conditions to demonstrate their skills.
The tasks vary, and you will rotate within the team throughout the day to perform different tasks. In your daily work, you will meet many different customers, so approach and clear information are important parts of your job. The tasks include the authority's task of conducting knowledge tests both in groups, individually, and sometimes with an interpreter. At times, the work involves a high tempo, so you need to thrive with that as part of the job, and you will work according to a fixed schedule, with work at our reception site in Nyköping.
You will work with, among other things:
- reception duties
- conducting knowledge tests, both written and oral
- booking appointments for knowledge and driving tests
- answering customer inquiries
- administration of driving license photos in connection with driving tests and renewal of driving licenses
- performing general office tasks
Your shifts will be scheduled within the office's opening hours. We are open in the reception from 08:00 to 16:30, except on Mondays when we close at 18:00 and on Fridays at 15:00.
Additional InformationIn this recruitment, web-based tests are used as part of the selection process.

QualificationsWho are you?
You will be our face to the public and the first person our customers meet, so we see that you are a confident and service-oriented person who enjoys meeting new people. It is important that you are a communicative person, which means you convey messages clearly and respectfully and adapt your communication to the recipient. You have a positive attitude and are keen to contribute to good collaboration within the team. Additionally, you have a flexible and problem-solving approach, and you can easily adapt to new circumstances and situations, always with the customer's and the organization's best interests in focus.
We are looking for someone who
- has completed secondary education
- is at least 23 years old, which is the minimum age to conduct knowledge tests according to the Transport Agency's regulations
- has several years of relevant work experience with physical customer interactions, such as in reception/customer service/information desks with frequent customer contacts
- has good written Swedish skills
- has good spoken Swedish skills
- has basic spoken English skills
- has good computer skills and is accustomed to working in the Office suite
- has a driver's license for a manual transmission vehicle
