We are looking for someone who loves service and wants to build long-term, professional relationships with our customers. We specialize in going the extra mile, finding the best solutions, and ensuring that all customers leave the store with a smile. We have a good mix of both private and business customers, where every day looks different. You are our face to the public, our most important asset.

Our opening hours are weekdays 10:00-18:00 and Saturdays 10:00-14:00. Regular working hours include working every other Saturday. You will have the support of a store manager to help drive our facilities forward!

Job Responsibilities

• Renting storage units to both businesses and individuals.
• Building long-term relationships with our customers.
• Assisting our customers over the phone.
• Some administrative work.
• Maintenance of the store and facility.
• Selling our products in-store.
• Providing our customers with an exceptionally high level of service and knowledge.

We are looking for someone who

• Takes initiative, is confident with customers, takes charge, and is a joy-bringer who loves service and sales.
• Has previous experience in retail sales and cash handling is a plus.
• Has an easy time learning new IT systems.
• Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Has good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
• Is comfortable and confident with a lot of responsibility as there will be shifts where you work alone in the store.

The position is a permanent part-time employment at 75% with good opportunities for additional hours.
