Your profile

We are looking for someone with a technical understanding who is used to working closely with suppliers. You may have a background in supplier development, supplier quality, or purchasing – or from another role where you have worked closely with supplier processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in assessing or working with suppliers, e.g., through audits, process reviews, or quality follow-ups.
  • Technical understanding, preferably within electronics, production technology, or industrial manufacturing.
  • Good knowledge of quality systems and relevant quality tools (e.g., FMEA, CAPA).
  • Good ability to analyze data, processes, and root causes.
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English.

Education

  • Post-secondary education in engineering, production, quality, or equivalent.
  • Alternatively: equivalent technical or purchasing-related competence acquired through relevant work experience.

  • Experience from medtech, automotive, electronics, mechanics, or another quality-assured environment (e.g., ISO 13485).
  • Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma or improvement work.

Personal qualities

You are a person who:

  • Enjoys working closely with suppliers in a combination of requirement setting and relationship building.
  • Is analytical, structured, and solution-oriented.
  • Is self-driven and has the ability to identify, prioritize, and drive issues and improvement initiatives.
  • Has a good ability to communicate both technical and quality-related requirements.
  • Has very good communication and collaboration skills.
