Choose Telge – where you can combine business acumen with social benefit

As an employee, you will have freedom under responsibility and the opportunity to make an impact.

This is what Ann-Christin Lindberg says about the role:

”You will work on exciting and developing assignments, sometimes with several clients at the same time. You will be an important part of our journey to become one of the country's most modern procurement companies. With us, you will have access to established, qualitative tools and processes and good conditions to contribute, develop, and improve our working methods according to Lean.”

Responsibilities and Competence Requirements

The Unit for Goods and Service Procurements consists of five procurement officers with different categories of goods and services that enable our clients' core operations. In addition, there are three procurement coordinators and a unit manager. The team is characterized by experience, collaboration, and a culture where we support each other and develop our working methods together according to Lean – in line with other teams within Telge Procurement.

As a senior procurement officer with us, you will lead and carry out procurements independently – from needs analysis and strategy to implementation and follow-up. You will work closely with our clients, which consist of both municipal operations and municipal companies, and take a clear advisory role throughout the process. You will primarily conduct procurements within the category of Education/Recruitment/HR, but since we work collaboratively across categories, we support each other in the team across boundaries.

Examples of tasks:

  • Conduct needs and market analyses and develop procurement strategies and business plans.
  • Lead and structure procurement projects, including the preparation of procurement documents, bid evaluations, and contract writing and quality assurance.
  • Develop collaborations and act as advisory support to our clients in procurement and purchasing issues.

We are looking for someone with a relevant academic degree, a completed YH education in procurement, or equivalent knowledge that provides a solid foundation for the role. You have several years of experience in goods and service procurement or public procurement, and we see it as a given that you are very knowledgeable about LOU. As a person, you work in a structured manner, are analytical and results-oriented, and thrive in a role where accuracy, accountability, and collaboration are central.

It is advantageous if you also have experience in areas such as:

  • Procurement or purchasing from the private or public sector
  • Sales within the public sector or private industry
  • Project management
  • Business acumen or digitalization work
  • Good communication skills

Choose Telge

At Telge, you have all the opportunities to shape your future. There is room to grow, both in your professional role and as a person. Telge is a workplace with secure employment conditions. As an employee with us, you are covered by a collective agreement that includes important aspects such as insurance and pension.

You will have less puzzle and more life. Balancing work life and personal life is important for a sustainable life. As far as possible, we have flexible working hours where everyone controls their time. We offer a range of benefits such as wellness grants and the opportunity for salary exchange so that you can convert your salary into additional occupational pension savings.
