Your Role

As a Sales Representative at Academic Europe, you will play a central role in sales and building long-term customer relationships in the Swedish market. Sales will primarily be conducted over the phone.

This position is a full-time role based at our office in Stockholm. It is suitable for a sales-oriented, goal-driven, and customer-focused personality.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Active sales of our advertising and recruitment solutions via phone
• Contacting new and existing customers and following up on sales opportunities
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Analyzing customer needs and presenting suitable, tailored solutions
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction

Your Profile

You bring:

• Very good knowledge of Swedish in spoken and written form
• Strong communication skills and a strong sales mentality
• Experience in sales, customer service, or similar positions
• Experience in telephone sales or phone-based customer work (advantageous)
• A structured, independent, and goal-oriented working style
• Negotiation skills and enjoyment in building customer relationships
