We are looking for an experienced Business Controller for an assignment within Finance & Economics, focusing on financial monitoring, analysis, and support to the business operations. The role is an important part of the finance function and involves close collaboration with the business and the group. You will report to the CFO and work in a team of four employees plus a manager.

• Work with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Prepare and deliver ongoing financial reporting to management and operations
• Analyze results, deviations, and key figures
• Monitor costs and budgets
• Manage and follow up on supplier invoices
• Support and advise the business operations on financial matters
• Contribute to the improvement and further development of financial processes and routines
• Participate in requirement specification related to development initiatives as needed

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Controller in a bank or finance company
• Experience in improving and developing financial processes and routines
• Experience in lending and leasing operations
• Good system knowledge in Cognos Controller, Planning Analytics, Medius, and E1

• Experience with analytical tools and an interest in data-driven working methods
