About the Position

We are looking for a Registrar for a government agency in Stockholm!

The position includes the following tasks:

• Daily mail opening, registration, and dispatching
• Monitoring of the official email inbox
• File management and archiving of registered documents and cases
• Contact with employees and the public regarding the agency's documents and cases in accordance with the principle of public access
• Providing information about ongoing and concluded cases
• Generating statistics on ongoing and concluded cases.

Assignment Period and Scope:

The Registrar position is a full-time consultancy assignment with immediate start according to agreement. The end date of the assignment will be communicated during the process.

Requirements for the Position:

• Certified registrar, registrar education at university level or equivalent education. Alternatively, high school or equivalent education and one (1) year of work experience as a registrar
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• Knowledge of document and case management systems (e.g., Public360, W3D3, Platina, etc.)
• Familiarity with laws and regulations governing public operations and the responsibilities of registrars
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
