Do you want to combine operational leadership with ensuring that our bus drivers receive the right training and skills for the future of public transport?

Job Responsibilities As a supervisor, you are the closest contact for bus drivers. You lead and distribute the daily work, support and motivate employees, and ensure that the operation functions efficiently and according to agreements. You report to the unit manager.

The role also includes responsibility for training coordination at the depot. This means planning and coordinating internal training, following up on competency requirements, and ensuring that our drivers have the right knowledge to meet both legal and contractual requirements as well as customer expectations. You will also contribute to the development of new training programs in collaboration with the unit manager and management.

The work is varied and requires flexibility, as planning can change rapidly. You are responsible for, in addition to the aforementioned regarding training, following up on daily events, short-term absences, and planning interventions so that everyday operations run smoothly even during challenges.

We are looking for someone who has:

• High school education or equivalent.

• Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably as a team leader or group leader.

• The ability to handle conflicts and create good collaborations.

• Digital competence and familiarity with planning and documentation systems.

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Experience in training coordination or competency development. 

It is advantageous if you have:

• Experience in operational work within transport, logistics, or similar fields.

• Knowledge of the public transport industry and applicable regulations.

• Leadership training and experience in coaching and developing employees.
