Education Administrator at KUI, Competence Development Institute

KUI is looking for an engaged and service-oriented education administrator for our student service and administration function within adult education. In this role, you will be a central part of our education center and contribute to creating a professional and well-functioning study environment.

Your Responsibilities:

As an education administrator, you will be responsible for the entire student administration – from admission to grading – in both the municipalities' systems and our internal database.

The role also includes:

• Service to students via reception, phone, and email
• Administrative support to teachers and other staff
• Ongoing contacts with our clients
• Other administrative tasks that contribute to an efficient operation

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working as an education administrator, preferably within adult education
• Expresses themselves very well in both spoken and written communication
• Has good knowledge of digital tools and the Office suite
• Has a good understanding of the Swedish education system, especially adult education
