With roots in Växjö and offices in Rottne, Lammhult, Lessebo, Ingelstad, Hovmantorp, and Rydaholm, we are close when life changes. Today, we are 12 dedicated employees who work every day to create security and care.

We are with you from the first contact until everything is concluded, whether it involves planning a personal funeral ceremony, organizing a memorial service, handling burial, gravestone issues, or assisting with estate inventory and inheritance division. Thanks to our own legal department, transport department, and our bearer team, we can offer comprehensive support throughout the entire process.

In this role, you will combine the duties of a funeral advisor with overall responsibility as a business manager. This means that you will work closely with our clients while also having overall responsibility for daily operations.

As a funeral advisor at E. Nilsson's Funeral Agency, no assignment is like the other. The work is varied and always shaped by our clients' needs and wishes. The work primarily takes place during office hours, 08:00–17:00, but during periods when assignments require it, overtime and standby may occur.

With your knowledge, calm demeanor, and ability to create structure and security, you will guide relatives through the entire funeral process. You will also serve as a contact person between relatives and our legal department as needed.

You will work with both civil and religious funerals and plan and coordinate all parts before, during, and after the ceremony to ensure a personal and dignified farewell. As a representative of the agency, you will participate in ceremonies and memorial services and provide reassurance for both relatives and guests.

In addition, as a business manager, you will be responsible for:

• The daily operations of the business and ensuring quality, structure, and efficiency.

• Personnel responsibility, including planning, follow-up, and support for employees.

• Ensuring that the business operates in accordance with internal guidelines, legal requirements, and industry practices.

• Developing and improving work methods, processes, and customer experience.

• Collaboration with management, partners, and external actors.

• Financial monitoring and responsibility within given frameworks.

The workplace is primarily our office in Växjö, but you will also assist at our other offices in Rottne, Lammhult, Lessebo, Ingelstad, Hovmantorp, and Rydaholm.

• Have the ability to see the big picture and work long-term with business development.

• Good computer skills.

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Driver's license (B) and access to your own car.
