We are looking for both those who can replace regular staffing during the summer period and those who want to start working hours already now.

LSS

In Täby Municipality, there are twelve group homes, six service homes, and daily activities for individuals belonging to the LSS target group with intellectual disabilities. Some individuals also have autism and physical disabilities.

Support is provided around the clock at group homes. At service homes, individuals have some need for support but can also manage quite a bit on their own. Daily activities are available for individuals who do not have work in the open market.

Social Psychiatry

The municipality's social psychiatry provides support to individuals with psychiatric and/or neuropsychiatric disabilities. The goal is to help individuals find ways to achieve better balance and order in their lives.

We have three residences for about 30 people. The different residences have common areas and varying degrees of support focus. In addition, about 130 people receive daily support in their own apartments with the help of housing support.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine interest in working within LSS and social psychiatry.
• Has knowledge of neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPF) and is familiar with low-arousal approaches and clear pedagogical methods.
• Is flexible and engaged.
• Values collaboration and has a positive attitude.
• Has the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• The position requires you to have a very good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. You need to be able to speak, read, document, and understand instructions in Swedish.

Your Tasks

You will:

• Provide support and assistance to individuals with special needs in their daily lives.
• Create a safe and developing environment for our residents.
• Collaborate with colleagues, relatives, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment.

No experience is required * but we place great emphasis on personal suitability.

To be considered for employment, a criminal record check from the police is required, choose "Check of own information".

Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled during the application period.

You must be at least 18 years old.

*For work at Libbyvägen group home, a nursing assistant education and experience in medical care are required.
