I am a positive middle-aged man who has unfortunately suffered a stroke. I need your help with everything in my daily life.

You must have access to your own car as there are no buses that fit the schedule.

We work every day from 10 AM to 9:30 PM with a one-hour break each day.

It is important that you are a stable person with good empathetic skills. A touch of humor doesn't hurt either.

I will instruct you on what I need help with, so there are no complications.

You are organized and need to be quite self-sufficient and able to take your own initiatives regarding order and cleaning. I live in a villa with all the positive aspects that can entail for the work.

If you have experience working as an assistant, it is an advantage.

• You should have a genuine interest in helping people.
• You should be secure, responsible, flexible, independent, and have good teamwork skills.
• You should have a good understanding of Swedish in both speech and writing.

We place high demands on attitude, approach, and emphasize personal suitability.

- Work according to the implementation plan in meetings with the individual

- Start from the individual's needs and interests

- Respect and confirm the individual's right to self-determination

- Follow established action plans regarding hygiene, ergonomics, staff, and work environment

- Have good teamwork skills

- Be engaged, positive, and secure in meetings with the client, relatives, and colleagues

- Have the ability to prioritize tasks in daily work

- A driver's license is a requirement
