Personal Assistant Wanted for Active Man 50+ in Central Alingsås (Part-time)

I am a man in my prime (50+) looking for a personal assistant for a long-term and secure working relationship.

I am looking for someone with experience working with people and who has good social skills. Personal suitability and the right attitude are the most important. I appreciate humor and a positive approach to life.

About Me

I have a great interest in sports and music and enjoy going out for activities – perhaps you could join me for a handball match? I also like to drive and have my own car, so a driver's license is a plus.

I appreciate good food, and if you enjoy cooking, that's a big plus. I also love pastries of all kinds – but since I have diabetes and take insulin in tablet form, you need to help me resist too many temptations with a wink.

After a major stroke, communication is a challenge for me. Therefore, you need to be calm, clear, and patient to understand me and my way of communicating.

I use a wheelchair and feel safest in it, but I can stand with some support. I need help with all physical aspects of daily life, except when I use my iPad. At home, I also have an exercise bike that I like to use to stay active. You will also be responsible for ensuring that I receive my medications as prescribed.

I also have a small, friendly dog who is an integral part of my daily life, so it's important that you like animals.

About the Position

• Part-time
• Working hours: day shifts with sleeping on-call, day and evening shifts
• You need to be able to speak and write Swedish
• Driver's license is a plus

It is also very important that you are reliable, take responsibility, and arrive on time for your shifts.
