We are now looking for two personal assistants for a woman in her 50s living in Henån in Orust municipality.

As a personal assistant, you will be her arms and legs in everyday life. She lives with ALS and has a tracheostomy (trach), which means she requires active double assistance around the clock.

She is a social and active person who enjoys meeting friends and doing things. She appreciates going to the movies, concerts, and other activities. During the summer, she spends a lot of time at her summer cottage in Brastad, which means that work may also be located there during periods.

Working hours:

• 2 positions at approximately 40%
• 
  
• Day and evening shifts
• 
  
• Every other weekend

Job responsibilities:

• Provide support in everyday life and help where needed
• Assist with personal care
• Manage tracheostomy care after training/introduction
• Accompany on activities and social events
• Help in the home and with transfers
• Be a safe and present person in her daily life

We are looking for someone who is responsible, attentive, and enjoys working closely with people. Personal suitability is very important. Experience in personal assistance or care is an advantage but not a requirement – training will be provided.
