Montessori Preschool Trädet is now looking for a dedicated and warm childcare worker for a maternity cover of at least one year, starting by agreement. Starting on August 10, 2026

Montessori Preschool Trädet is a smaller, family-oriented preschool where we work based on Montessori pedagogy. We place great emphasis on children's independence, curiosity, and desire to learn in a safe and inspiring environment. Respect, community, and joy are at the center of our work.

Job responsibilities

As a childcare worker with us, you will:

• Participate in the educational work based on Montessori pedagogy
• 
  
• Support children's development and learning in everyday life
• 
  
• Work closely with colleagues and guardians
• 
  
• Be involved in planning, documentation, and follow-up

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a qualified childcare worker
• Has a genuine interest in children's development and learning
• Is responsible, flexible, and cooperative
• Has a warm and professional demeanor
• Experience or education in Montessori pedagogy is an advantage
• Fluent in Swedish.
