Särnmark currently has over 3500 employees, and our customers and staff are located all over Sweden. Särnmark's headquarters is in Sundbyberg, but we also have offices in other parts of Sweden.

We are now looking for engaged and warm personal assistants for a happy girl with epilepsy and developmental disabilities.

She lives with her family and a cuddly red cat on the outskirts of Sätila and participates in daily activities a few times a week.

This girl requires double assistance around the clock.

She has a sense of humor and loves excitement, enjoys being outdoors in the fresh air, and appreciates closeness and security.

• You who apply should be secure, flexible, and attentive.
• We prefer that you have experience in similar work (but it is not a requirement).
• Must be smoke-free and have access to a driver's license and car, as we do not have public transport.
• Enjoy working in a family home where you work closely with your colleagues and relatives.

We require a criminal record extract. We are looking for staff for permanent positions as well as hourly substitutes.

Job Responsibilities as a Personal Assistant

Your tasks depend on the customer's needs and lifestyle. They can include everything from personal hygiene, assistance with transfers, household chores, and cooking – to assisting the customer at work or during activities outside the home.

About the Employment

Salary and other employment conditions are according to the collective agreement for Personal Assistance, Vårdföretagarna - Kommunal.

In your application, you should state your citizenship. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to prove that you have a permanent residence permit in Sweden to be able to get employment at Särnmark.
