Förskolan Viljan operates as an independent entity with two preschools; Hälleberget with three departments and Stället with four. We work as co-researching and attentive educators in inspiring outdoor and indoor environments where children's curiosity, creativity, and joy of discovery are challenged. With a project-based approach and pedagogical documentation as tools, we follow up, evaluate, and develop the activities together.

As a childcare worker with us, you will among other things:

• support the educators in the daily activities with the children
• assist during meals, rest, and story times
• help the youngest children with dressing and undressing as well as during toilet visits
• be present in the children's group, build relationships, and contribute to a safe and accessible environment

We offer a stimulating independent operation, inspired by the thoughts of the Reggio Emilia philosophy. Our goal is a sustainable organization with a focus on relational pedagogy, and therefore we work with overcapacity in staffing instead of hourly substitutes. Our outdoor educators ensure stimulating outdoor environments, and our atelier teachers provide space for multilingualism. In the kitchen, meals are prepared from scratch, and our caretaker takes care of most things in our environments. The management consists of a principal, assistant principal, and financial manager.

We are looking for you who is a trained childcare worker, or who is curious about working as a childcare worker. You have a genuine interest in children's play, care, creativity, and learning. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. As a person, you are independent, responsible, and have the ability to see what needs to be done. You are engaged, curious, and confident in yourself. You find it easy to build good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues, and you have a professional approach. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
