About the job

Our client is in his 40s and is looking for personal assistants to make life a little easier to live. Assistants are needed for day and evening shifts during both weekdays and weekends. We work together in teams, two by two during the day with the client. When regular assistants take vacation, we need you who can work during the summer months of June, July, and August. For the right person, there are fixed shifts available after the summer.

You are welcome to have a driver's license as you will also drive the client's car when he goes on fun activities, and you will always work with another staff member.

Our client lives centrally in an apartment with his cats. He uses a mobility scooter or wheelchair and enjoys going on activities with the car, such as Frölunda's home games, football matches, movies, and concerts. You should not be allergic to cats. It is a big plus if you have a manual driver's license, but the most important thing is that you get along well.

The role and experience of the assistant

We prefer that you have experience in care/support. If you have experience with PEG, tracheostomy, and cough machines, that’s good, otherwise we will teach you. However, the most important thing is that the chemistry is right – that you find a bond and are interested in learning the job. For the right person, there is work here for many years, and we hope that you have a vision of a long collaboration. You need to be secure in yourself as a person with your heart in the right place, which is something we value.

Working hours/employment rate

• Hourly employment that may turn into fixed shifts for the right person.
• Day shifts weekdays 07:00-15:15
• Weekend shifts 09:00-15:15
• Evening shifts 15:00-21:45
• Double assistance occurs (working two by two with the client).

About salary

We apply salary according to Fremia. Collective agreement. We offer wellness benefits.
