JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We run several different types of operations: group homes, service housing, and housing support where individuals of various ages reside. Their needs vary, making the work both developing and meaningful.

With us, you will meet:

• Individuals with mild disabilities who need more pedagogical and social support.
• Individuals with more extensive disabilities who require greater care interventions.
• Individuals who may sometimes exhibit challenging behaviors.
• Individuals with mental disabilities who need a clear, safe, and stable approach.

As an employee, you will become an important part of creating a predictable, safe, and stimulating everyday life, tailored to each person's individual needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Is at least 18 years old.
• Has a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• Has good computer skills.

It is an advantage if you:

• Are educated or have ongoing training as a support assistant, support pedagogue, preschool teacher, or other equivalent education.
• Have previous experience with the target group or have several years of work experience in another profession.

We place great importance on personal suitability and are looking for someone who is an empathetic, calm, and responsible person. We believe that you have a strong interest in human behavior, psychology, and communication.
