We are currently looking for a personal assistant for a lovely and energetic 9-year-old girl with autism, ADHD, and intellectual disabilities. Our client is a very happy and active girl who loves to be in motion. She is hyperactive and needs an assistant who can help her through daily, predetermined activities. She enjoys being outdoors and exploring the world around her, but on rainy days she prefers indoor activities such as visiting swimming pools. She has no verbal communication but can express herself through single words and receives support from language interpretation.

• Daily Activities: Accompany and participate in all activities, both outdoors and indoors.
• Care: Provide total care including feeding and personal hygiene.
• Safety: Always be close to the client and keep her safe, read situations, and act preventively.
• Planning: Work according to a predetermined schedule that clearly describes the day's activities.
• Communication: Use language interpretation and other communication aids to understand and support the client.

• Female Assistants: 25 years and older.
• No Driving License Required: You do not need to have a driver's license.
• Good Physical Condition: You need to have good physical fitness to handle an active job.
• Non-Smoker: It is important that you do not smoke.
• Intuition: We value your ability to be attentive and responsive to the client's needs and signals.
• A REQUIREMENT is experience working with intellectual disabilities.

• Hours and Schedule: Immediate start. We are looking for an assistant who can work weekdays (evenings) plus every other weekend if possible.
• Times: 15:00-20:00 weekdays and weekends work from 11:00-19:00 (You do not work every weekend).
