Job Description

We are now looking for a committed and flexible support assistant to work as a substitute during sick leave. In the role of support assistant, you will be an important part of creating a safe and stimulating environment for our participants. You will provide individually tailored support based on the participants' needs and goals.

Your Responsibilities

• Support participants in their daily activities and employment.
• Assist in planning and implementing activities that promote participants' development and well-being.
• Assist during meals and personal care.
• Document observations and report to responsible staff.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience working with people with disabilities.
• Care or educational training is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
• Commitment and interest in working with people.
• Driving license B is an advantage.

Experience/training in AAC is advantageous

Other

• Hourly employment with varying working hours as needed.
• Salary according to agreement.
