About the job

Today we have three workgroups around three different individuals with varying support needs:

• A) We are looking for someone who is calm and secure with great patience. You need to have experience working with low-affect responses, challenging behaviors, and self-harm. You should be curious and flexible with a sense of teamwork as we always work with double staffing. Daily tasks include household chores, working according to routines and implementation plans, and meeting the user in their daily well-being.
• B) We are looking for someone who is attentive to both the user, their needs, and daily condition. You need to be flexible and open to working long shifts. We see that you are organized and respect the user's home. You should be both independent and have a good sense of teamwork as we work with double staffing. The job involves helping in the user's home with everyday tasks.
• C) We are looking for someone who is secure, structured, and can meet the boy's needs and daily life. You need to be flexible, patient, and have good knowledge of care. The job involves qualified care and everything that occurs in the daily life of a child, such as personal hygiene, assistance with activities, and during transfers.

Working hours are varied, including day/evening, on-call, awake night, and weekends.

Qualifications

It is desirable that you have training as a nursing assistant, personal assistant, or have undergone other educational training. Experience working with people with disabilities, a driver's license, and computer skills are advantageous.

You should have a good ability to work independently, a genuine interest in working with people, and a good ability to collaborate with others.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability and that you have a good and respectful approach.
