We now need a new assistant for awake night shifts to our fantastic team around our client in Svenljunga. We are looking for someone who wants to work awake nights approximately 4-5 nights with the possibility to fill in more when regular staff are on vacation, sick leave, or other absences.

Our client is a young woman, 31 years old, living in her own apartment. She has an acquired brain injury and has a significant need for support in her daily life. She is cheerful, positive, and loves life. She enjoys engaging in activities both inside the home and outdoors.

We are looking for someone who enjoys being active and shares a lot of themselves, but it is also important that you can create a calm environment for the client. You need to be flexible and have good cooperation skills, as the work involves simple assistance. The working hours are from 20:00 to 08:00 with awake night shifts. In addition to the above, it is especially important that you have good self-awareness, are confident in yourself, are attentive, take responsibility, and collaborate well with everyone you meet. You are flexible, open, and see opportunities instead of obstacles. You use both your analytical skills and take well-considered initiatives, striving to improve the quality of life for our client.
