As a Senior Operations Technician at Nordlo, you will be part of a team with high technical competence and strong commitment. You will work both operationally and tactically with the operation, maintenance, and development of customers' IT environments. The role involves technical customer responsibility where you understand the customer's needs and ensure that the delivery is both qualitative and sustainable in the long term.

You will collaborate with both internal colleagues and external parties and be involved in the development work around our services and solutions. The role suits you who thrive in a technically broad role and want to work closely with customers in an environment characterized by collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Your responsibilities include:

• Deployment, administration, and optimization of servers in Microsoft and Windows environments
• Technical advice and dialogue with customers to create tailored solutions
• Translating business needs into technical solutions and identifying resource needs
• Collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure quality in deliveries
• Driving and participating in technical improvement projects

Your Profile

To succeed in the role, we see that you have several years of experience in IT operations and a broad technical competence. You thrive in a varied role where you work both operationally and tactically. You enjoy working in a team and like to have close customer contact. You are self-driven, take initiative, and have good analytical skills. You understand the importance of collaborating to find the best solutions together with your colleagues.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience in IT operations and server management
• Has broad knowledge of Microsoft and Windows
• Is accustomed to working closely with customers and engaging in process-related dialogues
• Has experience in breaking down orders into manageable segments
• Has very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Knowledge of Linux
• Knowledge of MS_SQL
• Experience with ITIL and IT security
• Knowledge of automation and scripting (PowerShell)
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure
