JOB DESCRIPTION

As a social welfare officer, you will work with authority exercise according to the Social Services Act (SoL). You will investigate, assess, and make decisions about interventions and follow up to ensure that the support meets the individual's needs. The work is characterized by legal security, participation, and respectful treatment.

You will be part of an engaged team where collaboration, experience exchange, and shared responsibility are a natural part of everyday life.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a person who combines professionalism with commitment and thrives in a job where both structure and human interactions are at the center.

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Work
• Driver's license (B)

Desirable:

• Experience in authority exercise according to SoL
• Previous work in the Life Care operational system
