The position encompasses approximately 80% with varying working hours. Work includes day shifts, longer shifts, and wake nights.

Job Responsibilities 🧩

You will work closely with our client and support him in his daily life. The role includes:

• Personal care 🤝
• Common household tasks such as cooking and cleaning 🍳🧹
• Active support in leisure activities such as walking, horseback riding, swimming, etc. 🚶🐎🏊

The client leads an active life, which means you need to be in good physical shape 💪 and able to handle certain heavier tasks. You also need to be able to act quickly and confidently in various situations.

Requirements and Desired Qualifications ✔️

• Driver's license B (required), as you will drive the client's car to activities, training, and medical appointments 🚗
• Experience or knowledge in autism and care
• Empathetic, stable, responsible, and positive as a person 😊
• Non-smoker according to Tindra's policy 🚭
• Preferably have access to your own car to get to the workplace

Employment Type 📄

Recruitment is ongoing. If it feels good for both parties, the position will start with a few shifts to ensure you are the right person in the right place. After that, there is an opportunity for a fixed-term employment according to LSS conditions.

Before starting employment, you need to provide at least two references and show a criminal record extract.
