We are expanding and are now looking for a driven and unpretentious accountant to our HQ in Mölndal.

Your role – More than just debits and credits

As our new colleague in the finance department, you will become a central support pillar. You will work closely with our CFO, to whom you will report, and you will support our principals and units across the country. Your everyday life is varied, developing, and at times intense (we call it growing pains, and we love it!).

Your main responsibilities:

• Independently prepare monthly financial statements and reconciliations.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable as well as revenue investigations.
• Be the company’s purchasing manager for central purchases – here you will have the chance to develop our processes.
• Act as a pedagogical link between finance and operations; you explain financial relationships so that everyone understands and feels secure.
• Assist during audits and participate in exciting projects (e.g., future selection of business systems).

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has “it.” You probably have a few years of experience and feel confident closing a financial statement independently, but you are primarily driven by the desire to develop. You are not just a caretaker – you are an improver.

Formal requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (especially monthly financial statements).
• Post-secondary education in finance.
• Swedish spoken and written.
