We are now looking for a business-driven recruiter who wants to take responsibility for building and developing our recruitment operations in Gothenburg. This is the role for you who is triggered by business, responsibility, and seeing clear results from your work.

With us, you step into an established organization with a clear focus on the industry, but with great freedom to create business, build customer relationships, and drive recruitment processes from the first dialogue to the filled role. You will also influence how we work with recruitment going forward.

The role is broad and business-oriented. You work closely with industrial clients to understand their needs and are responsible for the entire recruitment process – from needs analysis and search to interviews and hiring. At the same time, you build long-term relationships with candidates and help develop our recruitment offering locally.

You have experience in recruitment, staffing, or other business and relationship-driven work. You thrive in a fast-paced environment with variety and many contact points, and you are comfortable in dialogue with both candidates and decision-makers.

You have a clear business mindset, enjoy freedom under responsibility, and take ownership of your work. You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have a B driver's license. Experience from the industry or sector is an advantage, but most importantly is your drive and willingness to build something long-term.

You will receive a clear assignment and great trust. We are not looking for someone who wants to manage a finished solution, but someone who wants to build the recruitment business locally and drive it forward.

You will work closely with the business and customers, with short decision-making paths and room to try new things. Recruitment is an area we want to grow in, which means your work will have real significance and can lead to greater responsibility over time.
