Who are we?

Pampusvägen 72 is an LSS residence located in the Lindö area of Norrköping, where five individuals live with the support of a team of nine staff members, two of whom work awake nights. We also collaborate with another LSS residence in central Norrköping, where an additional five individuals live and receive support from a team of nine people.

You will primarily work at Pampusvägen but will also have shifts at Gymnastikgatan.

Your responsibilities

With us, you will support the residents in their daily lives with tasks such as personal care, household chores, and meaningful activities outside the residence. Your duties will also include delegated health and medical care interventions.

The work is based on the individual implementation plans that each resident has, with the goal of supporting them towards maximum independence. By strengthening their own resources, you help them develop and achieve a good quality of life.

You will also collaborate closely with relatives, guardians, healthcare teams, and other authorities.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a high school education relevant to work in the disability field, and we prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant. Your personal suitability is crucial, and we are looking for someone who is self-sufficient, flexible, and has a good ability to build relationships and work well with others. You are proactive and contribute ideas that drive the operation forward.

To succeed in this role, you need to have good computer skills and be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
