Temporary and summer substitutes for Nytida KBT Center – Norrköping (Kolmården)
About the roleAs a temporary or summer substitute at Nytida KBT Center, you will work alongside your colleagues in the daily operations with our clients. You contribute to safety, continuity, and a professional approach in everyday life, and are an important part of the support provided around the clock.
The work involves supporting clients in daily activities, following planned interventions, and contributing to a functioning and meaningful everyday life. You work according to the organization’s common working methods and routines, focusing on relationships, presence, and a respectful approach.
You are part of a team that collaborates around the client and always has the support of regular staff. After introduction and as needed, the work may also involve support in medication treatment after delegation, according to applicable routines and with patient safety in focus.
The working hours are scheduled during the day, evening, night, and weekends. For summer substitutes, work applies during the summer months, with the possibility of continued work as a temporary substitute if needed. You report to the group manager or operations manager.
About the unitNytida KBT Center is a treatment facility for individuals with substance abuse combined with mental illness and/or neuropsychiatric disabilities. The facility is located in calm, nature-close surroundings in Kolmården, just outside Norrköping.
We work based on CBT and other evidence-based methods in a structured everyday life with both individual interventions and joint activities. The workgroup consists of engaged and experienced employees, and we place great importance on collaboration, safety, and a good working environment.
Your experience and knowledgeYou have an interest in working with people and contributing to change in everyday life. The work requires you to be responsible, calm, and able to meet people with respect even in challenging situations.
We would like you to:
have completed or ongoing education in a relevant field (for example, social work, behavioral science, care, or treatment)
have experience working with substance abuse, psychiatry, or social care (meritorious)
have good computer skills
have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
As a person, you have a positive outlook, personal maturity, and enjoy working in a team. You take responsibility for your work, follow routines, and contribute to a good working climate.
