As a support assistant, you will work to provide individually tailored support to individuals with disabilities, with the goal of promoting their independence and well-being in everyday life. You will support users in their daily routines and activities, based on their needs and abilities, always using their personal implementation plan as a starting point.

We work with a salutogenic and pedagogical approach, focusing on each individual's unique strengths and resources. The goal is for users to achieve as much independence as possible and to live a meaningful life with high quality of life. As a support assistant, you will work based on clarifying pedagogy and low-arousal responses to create safety and predictability in users' everyday lives. At the same time, we have a strong focus on working professionally and efficiently within the resources and budget of the organization.

• High school education, child and leisure program, care and nursing program, or post-secondary education such as nursing assistant, support pedagogue, social pedagogue, or university degree in a relevant field.

• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Good computer skills, experience in documentation.

• Experience in care and support work.

• Driver's license (B).

• Experience in psychiatry, psychotic disorders.

• Training in AAC and/or low-arousal responses, NPF, IF.

• Experience working with complex support needs and comorbidity.

Employment type: fixed-term employment Working hours: 50-100% Working time: 06:00-23:00 with sleeping on-call duty. Start date: By agreement, we look positively on if you can start shortly and work for most of the summer. Collective agreement: We are bound by collective agreements with Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Branch E.
